I grew up in Ukraine. When older relatives needed help making their home safer — a grab bar, a stair rail, a ramp at the door — family handled it. There was no business to call. There was no service.
When I came to the United States, I worked in sales for ADT, ran fire safety projects with Oliver Fire Protection, and spent years in handyman and electrical work. I learned how to do this kind of work the right way. But I also saw something: in Bucks County, the help exists, but it's hard to find. Big remodelers won't take a $200 job. Handymen are unreliable. The seniors and their families are the ones who lose — left to figure it out alone.
I started ReadyNest to be the person I wish more older people had — local, dependable, fairly priced, and serious about the work. I personally assess every home and I'm on-site for the final walkthrough on every project — no exceptions. For larger jobs, I work with a small, vetted team of local trade partners I've used for years, so you still get one accountable person and consistent quality, just with the capacity to take on bigger projects without long wait times. I'm licensed and insured in Pennsylvania. I treat every home like it belongs to someone I care about. Because it does.

For larger remodeling-scope projects, ReadyNest works with a small group of licensed, insured local trade partners — the same people, project after project. Slav personally scopes every job and inspects every completed project before it's considered done. You always have one number to call, and one person accountable for the result.
Core safety installs — grab bars, railings, lighting, ramps — are done by Slav personally, as they always have been.
